Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order's weight, size, and destination.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Protection
We offer optional shipping protection to insure your order. If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, you're eligible for a full refund or replacement.
International Orders
We ship worldwide via USPS, DHL, and UPS.
For USPS international shipments, we strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance. Reimbursement for lost or missing packages without insurance is extremely unlikely.
Preorders
Preorders are processed within 5 to 7 business days once the items are in stock. Preorder items may take 2–7 weeks to arrive at our facility.
If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, the entire order will ship together once the preorder items are available.
Packaging
Garments and non-fragile items: Shipped in soft mailers or bubble mailers to minimize weight and reduce shipping costs.
Fragile items (e.g. vinyl records, posters, lithographs):
Posters: Packaged in Yazoo Tubes (the strongest mailing tubes available)
Vinyl: Shipped in Whiplash LP mailers
Other fragile items: Boxed, bubble-wrapped, and reinforced for maximum protection
We use high-quality, durable packaging materials to ensure your items arrive safely. Our shipments have a 98% success rate of arriving without damage.

Note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it arrives in your destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Brothers Merchandise LLC is not responsible for these charges.
