Shipping FAQ
When will my order ship?
In-stock orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after you receive your order confirmation email. You’ll get another notification once your order ships.
Preorders take between 2 to 7 weeks to arrive at our facilities. Once in stock, standard processing times apply.
If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, the entire order will ship together once the preorder items are available.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. You'll receive a full refund minus return shipping costs.
Please check the sizing chart on each product page before purchasing. If no chart is available, feel free to contact us at info@brothersmerchandise.com with any questions.
To request an exchange, email us or reply to your shipment confirmation with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange. Customers are responsible for shipping charges related to both returns and exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, email us at info@brothersmerchandise.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We'll handle each case individually and do our best to resolve it.
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
We offer worldwide shipping via USPS and DHL.
USPS First Class Package International usually takes 6 to 30 business days. USPS Priority Mail International takes 6 to 10 business days. DHL International Shipping typically takes 7 to 21 business days.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. You may be responsible for import duties and taxes, including VAT, when the shipment arrives in your country.

How is shipping priced?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and size.
How are items packaged?
Garments and non-fragile items are shipped in soft or bubble mailers to reduce cost and waste.
Posters are packaged in Yazoo Tubes, known for their durability. Vinyl is shipped in Whiplash LP mailers. Other fragile items are boxed, bubble-wrapped, and reinforced.
Our packaging methods give us a 98 percent success rate for undamaged deliveries.
