Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it. This means it must be unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your item is eligible for return, we will refund the full order amount, excluding any shipping costs. Customers are responsible for covering all shipping charges related to returned items.


Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned. These include final sale items, perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants, custom products such as special orders or personalized items, and personal care goods such as beauty products. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Returns on gift cards are not accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@brothersmerchandise.com. Include your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We handle these issues on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.


Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted.

To initiate an exchange, email info@brothersmerchandise.com or reply to your shipment confirmation email with your order number and exchange request. You are responsible for the shipping charges related to both the return and the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days for any reason, with no justification required.

To qualify, the item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
